Tentacle by Kimberly Davis Basso
Jimmy wrapped his treasure around his forehead and carefully tucked in the ends. His tentacle crown proclaimed him King of Cape Cod, or at least the beach in front of their rental. As he scampered back to his parents to show off his prize, it began to tighten.

Kimberly Davis Basso is an author and playwright whose debut, I'm a Little Brain Dead, was a 2018 Finalist for Indie Book of the Year in Humor from Foreword Reviews.
